How to make a request or a complaint

  1. Write to privacy@pigedeck.com (or by mail) describing your request or complaint; we may ask you to confirm your identity.
  2. We acknowledge receipt and reply in writing within 30 days.
  3. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
  4. If you live in Quebec, you may also contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
